Integrated Architecture & Development (IAD) is a practice- and research-driven organization working at the intersection of shelter, housing, settlement, displacement, climate change, disaster, conflict, and social inequality. It operates across scales—from emergency shelter to long-term settlement development—delivering design, construction, research, advocacy, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
IAD functions as a multidisciplinary platform, connecting practitioners, academics, and development and humanitarian actors with local and international organizations to support communities facing crisis, exclusion, and marginalization. It operates as an independent platform, developed in close association with BINYASH, an established architectural practice in Bangladesh, drawing on its architectural expertise and practice-based experience.
